By accessing and using the Umroh.com website or application, you declare that you have read, understood, agreed to, and are bound by these Umroh.com Terms and Conditions. Therefore, ensure you have carefully read the applicable terms and conditions implemented by Umroh.com.
This website and application is owned, operated, and organized by PT. Amanah Umroh Handal ('We' or 'Umroh.com').
A limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Our Services are available online through the website: Umroh.com or mobile: Umroh.com or various other accesses, media, devices, and platforms, whether currently available or will be available in the future.
Umroh.com Terms & Conditions may be changed, modified, added, deleted, or corrected ('changes') at any time and each change applies from when we declare it effective or at another time determined by us. We advise you to visit our site periodically to be aware of any such changes.
Umroh.com provides and organizes an integrated online booking system that can serve Umroh service bookings, allowing you to find information about Umroh travel packages you desire, as well as make bookings and conduct online payments securely through various available payment systems and facilities.
Our Services are generally available online twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week; except in cases of repairs, improvements, or maintenance on our website.
Travel packages are provided, supplied, and organized by third parties ('Partners') who have established cooperation and bonds, either directly or indirectly, with us. You understand and acknowledge that:
1. Bookings you make through Umroh.com constitute a legal and binding contractual relationship between you and our Partner. In this case, Umroh.com acts as an agent or intermediary tasked with facilitating transactions between you and our Partner.
2. Data and information related to specific travel packages listed on our website are data and information we receive from Partners, and we publish such data and information in good faith according to the data and information we receive.
3. We have no control over the data and information provided by our Partners, and we do not guarantee that the presented data and information is accurate, complete, or correct and free from errors.
You are not allowed to resell our travel packages, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or provide any travel package content or information, software, or any service available on our website for any commercial activity or purpose without our prior written consent.
You may use the website and available services to make legitimate bookings/purchases. You are not allowed to make bookings/purchases for speculative, false, or illegal purposes. If we find that the booking/purchase you made turns out to be illegitimate, we reserve the right to cancel your booking/purchase.
You are also required to guarantee that the data and information you provide to us, whether related to bookings/purchases or registration on Umroh.com, are accurate, current, and complete data and information.

Travel package bookings are considered successful or completed after you make full payment to Umroh.com. We will issue and send a booking confirmation letter to you. However, in case of disputes or problems, the data contained on Umroh.com becomes the main reference and is considered valid.
Bookings you have completed, we assume you agree to receive: (i) emails that We will send shortly after your booking, providing you with information about the travel package you booked, providing information and certain offers (including third-party offers you have selected yourself) related to your booking and destination, and (ii) emails that We will send inviting you to complete your travel package document files.
When making a booking, Customers must have a passport with a validity of at least one (1) year at the time of departure and return. If you do not yet have a passport, you must immediately process passport creation a maximum of 3 months before your departure date.

We always strive to provide the best prices for travel packages that can be booked by you. Listed prices may have special terms and conditions, so you must check and understand the special terms and conditions that apply before you make a booking. You also need to check and understand the provisions regarding cancellation and refunds that specifically apply to certain travel packages.
Not all prices listed on travel packages include taxes, levies, fees, and other costs.
Umroh.com reserves the right to change the price of a travel package based on information from Partners at any time without prior notice if the travel package has not yet been booked. However, travel packages that have been booked and have received a confirmation letter will not change.

Full payment of the booking price is a requirement for conducting transactions. We accept payment transactions through inter-account transfer systems and inter-bank transfers to Umroh.com bank accounts, and other payment methods are listed on the website or application.
You must carefully follow the payment instructions we have provided. Payment errors you make as follows: (i) filling in our account number or Virtual Account number we determine for each booking you make; and/or (ii) errors in making the payment amount for your booking, resulting in your funds moving to an account or Virtual Account that does not match our payment instructions or your bank account being debited for an amount that does not match our payment instructions, resulting in your booking not being confirmed, then you hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to refund funds to you as a result of errors or negligence you yourself made by not following the payment instructions we have provided, thus such losses become your full risk and responsibility. Additionally, payment errors as mentioned above cannot be considered valid payment for your booking, so you must make payment according to our payment instructions to get confirmation for the booking you made.
For every booking we can confirm, We will send you a Confirmation Letter via email you have previously registered which contains a description of the travel package and booking you made as well as payment confirmation.
You are responsible for maintaining the information listed on the confirmation letter we have sent. We or our Partners reserve the right to refuse to provide the travel package if you cannot prove that you have legitimately made a booking and full payment, and you release Umroh.com from all responsibilities and your losses in any form.

All travel package bookings on Umroh.com cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to other people/parties, unless there is cancellation or rescheduling from the Partner for the booked travel package.
During the Umroh visa application process by the travel party, if the visa fails to be issued due to factors from Saudi Arabian government policy or other external factors beyond our and the Partner's authority (force majeure), then it is not the responsibility of us and the Partner. If such force majeure occurs, after transportation and accommodation orders related to Umroh services are completed by the Partner, we will refund part of the pilgrim's balance that has not been paid to the Partner.
If you want to make changes or cancel your booking, please refer to the Confirmation Letter and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged additional fees for cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy and terms.
We cannot deliver the travel package or provide service to you, and we are not responsible or liable for your losses, due to matters beyond our or the Partner's control. We cannot control matters such as war, riots, terrorists, industrial disputes, government actions, natural disasters, fires or floods, extreme weather, and so on.

When you make a booking or access your account information, you will use Secure Server Layer (SSL) access which will encrypt information you send through this website.
Umroh.com will use best efforts to ensure your data security. However, Umroh.com cannot guarantee how strong or effective the encryption and security of our system is, Umroh.com will not be responsible for problems that occur due to unauthorized access and dissemination of information you provide.
